Stephen Wise – Founder and CEO
Stephen has over 35 years of professional experience, including 28 years of leading Consulting / Professional Services businesses in Asia Pacific, responsible for managing, leading and growing teams focused on consistently delivering superior Client Value. He has held senior executive roles at Adobe, ServiceNow, NTT, Infosys Consulting and IBM Global Business Services / PwC Consulting.
In all these roles, he has had full P&L responsibility, leading and coaching sales, pre-sales and delivery teams, mixing growth in key accounts through the development of deeper client relationships together with penetrating new “white space” accounts.
He has a particular strength in the development of integrated, cross-disciplinary teams, through building and nurturing talent. This is vital in a region where teams consist of resources from across the world, bringing diverse backgrounds and outlooks to the workplace.
Stephen is an Executive and Leadership Coach supporting Executives and Senior level Managers to achieve positive transformational change in order to maximise their personal and professional potential, with a focus on cross cultural leadership in the APAC environment. He is an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) with the International Coaching Federation and a Certified Professional Transformational Coach – Advanced Practitioner.
Outside of his professional life, Stephen is an active sports enthusiast who has completed over 30 ultra marathons across six continents, as well as multiple marathons and other long distance running events. This includes completing 7-day multi-stage, self-supported 250km desert races in Namibia, Mongolia and Atacama. He also competes in dragon boating and outrigger canoe events across the region.
Stephen holds an MA (Hons) Economics and Accounting from the University of Edinburgh and is a Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland, the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants and the Singapore Institute of Directors.
