12 Month Executive Coaching Program
A transformative coaching journey for senior leaders navigating complexity and driving future growth.
You have achieved a great deal. You are operating at the highest levels of your organisation. And yet, something is pulling you forward - a sense that there is more to unlock, more to contribute, more to leave behind.
This program exists for leaders at that inflection point. Over 12 months, you will work in a confidential, one-on-one partnership with an experienced executive coach to elevate your leadership, define your legacy and drive your most purposeful growth yet.
Why Executive Coaching at This Level is Different
Most leadership development is designed for the many. Executive coaching is designed entirely for you.
At the senior executive level, the challenges are rarely about skills. They are about identity, influence, and impact. The shift from "What do I do?" to "What do I want to leave behind?" requires a different kind of support - not a trainer, not a mentor, but a trusted thinking partner who brings both deep experience and rigorous coaching methodology.
The research is unambiguous. According to the International Coaching Federation and PwC, executive coaching delivers an average return of 5–7 times the investment, with 70% of coached executives reporting a significant increase in individual performance. When coaching is combined with structured development, productivity improvements of up to 88% have been recorded.
But the most profound outcomes are not measured in percentages. They are measured in the quality of decisions made, the cultures built, the people developed, and the legacies left.
The 12-Month Journey
The program is structured across three distinct stages, each building intentionally on the last.
Stage 1: Foundation & Discovery (Month 1)
The first month is dedicated entirely to understanding you. Through four weekly sessions, we identify your core values, leadership strengths, potential derailers and the goals that matter most to you. This stage culminates in a personalised leadership blueprint - a clear map of where you are, where you want to go and what might get in the way.
Stage 2: Development (Months 2–4)
With the foundation in place, we move into deep capability building through biweekly sessions. This stage focuses on the areas that matter most at the executive level: strategic clarity and long-term thinking, executive presence and boardroom influence, emotional agility and resilience under pressure and the leadership culture you are creating around you.
Stage 3: Sustained Growth (Months 5–12)
The final and longest stage is where real transformation is embedded. Monthly sessions shift the focus from building new capabilities to sustaining them - expanding your enterprise impact, developing your ability to coach and grow the leaders around you and preparing intentionally for what comes next, whether that is a new role, a board position, a consulting practice or a deliberate legacy.
What You Will Achieve
Every coaching engagement is unique, but these are the outcomes that senior leaders in this program report.
Greater strategic impact and stronger positioning at the C-suite level
Sharper executive presence and increased influence in the boardroom
Renewed sense of purpose, legacy clarity and personal direction
Expanded emotional intelligence and resilience under sustained pressure
The capability and confidence to mentor and develop next-generation leaders
Improved quality of high-stakes decision-making
An innovation mindset that challenges the status quo constructively
Intentional preparation for board roles, consulting or a portfolio career
Sustained high-performance habits that outlast the program itself
The Growth Potential for Executives
Coaching at the executive level does not just improve the individual - it multiplies impact across the entire organisation.
Research from Korn Ferry (2023) shows a 25% improvement in high-stakes decision-making among coached executives. The International Coaching Federation reports that coached leaders achieve up to a 50% improvement in team performance, as the skills developed in coaching - active listening, powerful questioning, developmental feedback - are applied directly to the people they lead.
The most significant growth, however, is strategic. Coached executives consistently operate at a higher altitude, shifting their focus from managing the present to shaping the future. They move from being individual performers to becoming architects of high-performance culture. They develop the clarity to identify and develop their successors. And they arrive at a place of genuine legacy - knowing not just what they have achieved, but what they have built that will endure beyond them.

The MRA Difference
This program is not built on generic frameworks or off-the-shelf models. It is built on lived experience. Led by Stephen Wise (an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) with over 35 years of experience across Adobe, ServiceNow, NTT, Infosys, PwC and IBM) the program is not a workshop; it is a sustained, individualised transformation.
The program is grounded in four core principles:
Confidentiality above all: The coaching relationship only works when it is completely safe. Every conversation is held in strict confidence.
Your agenda, always: This is not a curriculum. The focus of every session is determined by what matters most to you, right now.
Insight into action: Reflection without action is just introspection. Every session is designed to produce clarity, commitment, and a concrete next step.
The long game: Twelve months is not an arbitrary timeframe. Sustainable behavioural change at the executive level takes time. We are here for the full journey.
